Returns are accepted only in case of incorrect products.
The request must be raised within 2-3 days of delivery.
A clear and proper unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.
The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts or edits.
Without valid video proof, the return request will not be accepted.
PRODUCT CONDITION
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
